Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

Rogers Aviation is looking for an experienced and resolute Marketing Manager.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan and budget including digital marketing and offline marketing. Develop OKRs on a quarterly basis for closer follow-up.
  • Develop marketing tools, tactical plans in view of promoting the company's products and services, to achieve set objectives.
  • Planning and executing campaigns across various digital channels, such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to maintain a comprehensive database of customer needs/segments and market trends.
  • Manage and develop the organisation's internal and external communication while ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing team
  • Liaise with external parties such as service providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Drive digital transformation projects including but not limited to e-commerce, mobile apps, CRM implementation, etc.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage the Marketing team including creatives and ensure they deliver quality work to all internal customers.
  • Liaise with the media in view of providing up to date company information, response to questions and act and liaison for interviews and all PR related activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide required support for events.
  • Develop strong and credible relationship with media, partners and principals in view of enhancing the image of Rogers Aviation and its brands
  • Come up with project ideas and initiatives relevant to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES NEEDED

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and digital strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Knowledge of Zoho tools and mobile app would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
