BlueSky is seeking a Product Development Specialist. The designated candidate will be responsible for interpreting the customer’s needs and requirements. Be highly creative in sourcing products according to customers’ experience to propose, promote and distribute the product(s) successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Increase conversion rates for quotes and meet targets.
• Understanding the needs of customers’ target market and developing products accordingly within a competitive market.
• Supplier Negotiation – Understanding your specific market and the competition in order to achieve the main goal of ensuring our agents are competitive within the market.
• Supplier Relationships – Always work according to the supplier strategy and ensure to use priority and preferred suppliers.
• Customer updates – Update contracts with the latest rates & information and advise agents accordingly.
• Customer Relationships – Ensure customer expectations are met and the highest delivery of service is driven through the business.
• Ensure that staff annual sales targets by maximising quote conversion rates.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Developing products accordingly within a competitive market.
• Highly involved in organising & participating in events such as “Open Day, Salon du Pret à Partir” etc
• Up to date with the latest customer trends & Industry.
