Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to BlueSky’s clients
• Sales driven and enjoys working towards set targets
• Display correct business phone etiquette
• Organize travel packages including tickets, accommodation, tours, transportation, travel insurance and visas
• Provide clients with relevant and useful information for their forthcoming travels/holidays
• Collect payments, issue receipts & banking
• Implement Company’s processes within the agency and drive its adherence
• Engage with the clients to offer a tailor-made proposal while focusing on maximizing revenue
• Identify potential opportunities for up-selling of additional services when possible
