Rogers Aviation carries out ground handling operations in Mauritius, Madagascar, and Mozambique. Plaisance Air Transport Services Ltd. (PATS) was created in 1989 and operates in Mauritius and the region as follows:

For Mozambique, operations are undertaken in collaboration with local partners: Linhas Aeras de Mozambique.

In Madagascar and Mauritius, the activities consist of warehousing facilities & cargo handling at the airport and airport supervision:
